Evelyn Pickett is a Human Resource Development Specialist, Certified Associate of Carlson Learning Company, and a corporate trainer. In addition, she is the Director of the Victim Assistance Program in Silver Bow County, Montana.

She developed a job search handbook for Montana College of Mineral Science and Technology Placement Office, and created an "Attitudes and Awareness" program for the Montana State AFL-CIO.

Evelyn has conducted numerous workshops in leadership, values, personality profiles, listening, attitudes, communications, and human relations. Her most recent presentations include Reducing Workplace Conflict: Difficult People - Difficult Situations; 2001: Managing Change; Your Working Personality; The Dimensions of Leadership; The Mind/Body Connection - Personal Wellness; and Increasing Your People Knowledge.
