Marla Eurick is the founder of LifePath Creations, a career and business coaching service. She has assisted hundreds of individuals through change and transition. Marla specializes in coaching individuals who are changing careers or thinking about it and working with organizations that want an alternative to traditional outplacement services.

Her experience includes 20 years in sales and marketing with more than 12 years hiring, training, and managing individuals within corporations. Marla also has extensive experience as a group facilitator, workshop leader, and public speaker. Since the late-1980's, she has consulted with entrepreneurs and small to medium-sized businesses and nonprofit organizations with change management, marketing, and human resource issues.

Marla received a Bachelor of Science degree from Valparaiso University and completed post-graduate coursework in business administration and organizational management through the University of Phoenix. She is a Certified Career Crafting Coach and graduate of Coach University's personal and business coach training program. In addition, she is a member of the International Coach Federation and the Society for Human Resource Management.

She has a passion for helping people create what they want and deserve in their personal and professional lives.  Marla believes partnerships built on integrity, truth, and creativity lead to synergism and continuous learning and growth.  She is committed to respect for the whole person, and delivering her services in a consistent, yet flexible, manner.
