Your Future Begins With the Actions You Take Today

I'm often asked about my role in my clients' successes. As author John Schaar says, "The future is not a result of choices among alterative paths offered by the present, but a place that is created - first in the mind and will, and then in activity."

We are conditioned to see only that which is familiar. Thus, to create a new, more powerful, vibrant and joyful future, you have to actively create that future.

With 20 years experience in sales and marketing, and more than 12 years hiring, training, and managing people within corporations, I've learned what it takes to motivate people to take responsibility for their futures. Through my own transition from corporate life to coach, I relied heavily on my coach to help me crystallize an image of the future I wanted to create. I realized that my environment and experience had shaped me to think in a particular way and see things from a narrow perspective.

Just as my coach did with me, I will help you clarify what you want to create, shift your perspective so that you see new opportunities, create a specific and realistic plan, and follow through with exercising your plan. If you can't see it or won't take action towards it, then you won't achieve it. It's as simple as that.

Since the late 1980's I've consulted with entrepreneurs and numerous businesses to help them think differently, work together with a fresh and inspiring purpose, and revitalize otherwise languid performance. Through groups, workshops, public speaking, and individual coaching, I've helped them to put new, innovative ideas into action. Their businesses grow, and more importantly, they feel better about what they're doing.

This, then is my mission: For you to architect and create the work, business, income, relationships, and life you want.

All my relationships are built on integrity, truth, creativity, and fun. I believe that when we're in alignment emotionally with our purpose, amazing synchronicities take place. It's like getting the hose attached to the faucet. I help you create that alignment, then you turn on the faucet and let the good times flow.

The Details:
I received a Bachelor of Science degree from Valparaiso University and completed post-graduate coursework in business administration and organizational management through the University of Phoenix. I am a Certified Career Crafting Coach and graduate of Coach U and Coaching from Spirit. In addition, I am a member of the International Coach Federation and the Society for Human Resource Management.
