Jessica, an attorney, sacrificed her personal life to build one of the most recognized businesses in her field. I asked her a simple question: "What would have to change for you to be happy?" Her answer echoed that of many an entrepreneur: "I want my life back." Tough situations call for tough decisions. Hers was to create a clear vision for her company, which meant that some employees who didn't or couldn't share her vision had to go. Fully committed and passionate about her vision, she was able to hire nothing but stars in their place. The result?
